Tri-City Herald delivery inquiry or concerns

Do you have a question, comment or concern about your home delivery? Please call 509-586-2138 or 800-750-4967 between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays and 7 to 10:30 a.m. weekends and holidays.

Or fill out the form below and the Herald's circulation department will follow up with you as soon as possible.

All home delivery routes are scheduled to be completed by 6 a.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. weekends.

Newspapers are generally delivered to customers' porches, red newspaper delivery tubes mounted on posts or fences or other places agreed upon by the customer and carrier. Delivery of newspaper in or on a U.S. mailbox is prohibited by law.

Motor delivery routes use tubes as the most efficient way of delivering newspapers.

Carriers usually bill their customers a maximum of once a month via a collection envelope or other means as they determine.

Newspaper carriers are not employees of the newspaper. They are independent contractors who buy their papers wholesale and resell them to their customers for a profit.

Subscriptions to the Tri-City Herald continue until stopped by the subscriber. Advance payment subscriptions that expire are automatically converted to the "carrier collect" system.
