How do I pay for my subscription?

You may send your payment to the Tri-City Herald at the address below or pay your carrier when he/she comes to collect at the door.

How often do I need to pay for my subscription?

You may pay at the office in three-, six- or 12-month installments. If you pay for three months or more at a time, the Tri-City Herald will send you a bill prior to your expiration date. You also may pay month-to-month through your carrier.

Can I buy a subscription as a gift for a friend or family member?

We would be happy to begin a home delivery subscription for a friend or family member. we'll even put a note in the mail letting them know the subscription is from you. Call 509-582-1479 for more information.

What if I don't receive my paper?

Your paper should be delivered to your home by 6 a.m. weekdays and 7 a.m. weekends and holidays. If you do not receive your paper, call 509-586-2138 between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays and 7-10:30 a.m. weekends and holidays. Or send us the info online from our "Service concerns and questions" page.

Can I transfer my subscription if I'm moving?

If you're moving within our delivery area, call 509-586-2138 and we'll transfer your subscription to your new address. Or go to our "Change your service" page to make the request online.

Can my papers be saved for me while I'm on vacation

Yes, call the Tri-City Herald before you go on vacation to ask for a vacation pak so you can stay up to date on Mid-Columbia news while you're away. We will let your carrier know when to begin saving your papers and when to deliver them upon your return. You also can request this service at our "Vacation service" page.

Can my vacation paper be donated to a school?

Yes, if you would like to donate your paper to a local school to use in our Newspapers in Education program, call the circulation department or go to our "Vacation service" page.
